My first train ride.

I went on my first train ride today. Daddy and I took the Metra train to the zoo. On the ride out we rode on the lower level, but on the ride back we sat on the upper level. I absolutely loved the guy who punched our tickets on the train. I've been pretending to be a ticket puncher all day. Today was a very good day.

Day at the Zoo

This dinosaur is not real. However, trust me when I say, it looks VERY real. What is even more disturbing is that it moves and makes noise. Daddy kept telling me that it was not real, but who would have the time to make such an enormous FAKE dinosaur that roars. I think it is real.

I wonder whether that rhino could jump over this wall? He's cute and all, but I'm glad he is way over there.

Daddy and I also went on the merry-go-round. I rode the ostrich. She proved to be pretty fast.

Puppet Time

I'm supposed to be taking a nap right now. Instead, I pulled all of my pillows and sheets down on the floor to play puppets. I was being so quiet that I was sure daddy would not come and check on me. I was wrong.

Home Run Derby!

The last few weeks I have become increasingly interested in baseball. Today daddy and I went out to get a new bat...a Spider Man baseball bat. Mommy thought that I would need a t-ball stand to hit the ball. As you can see from this video, I do not need a stand. I was hitting home runs left and right.
